We are an independent, family-owned estate agency based in Adeje in the south of Tenerife. We have been helping people buy and sell property on the island for over 20 years, and we live here ourselves.

We work with buyers one at a time. We listen to what you need, look through the property we have for sale in Tenerife that fits, and describe each one to you honestly, its drawbacks included, before you decide which to see. We will not take you round properties that do not suit you, and there is no pressure and no hard sell.
When you view, we take you round ourselves. You are free to visit other agents and compare, and we would rather you did than bought in a hurry.
Buying a property in Tenerife with us
We ask you to view the property a second time, on a different day, before you commit. You will notice things the second time that you missed the first.
We will introduce you to an independent, English-speaking abogado who looks after the legal side of the purchase. The lawyer checks that the seller owns the property, that nothing is owed on it and that the deeds describe it correctly. We are there through the process: at the meetings with the seller and the lawyer, translating where needed, and at the notary on completion day.
After you have bought
Our work does not stop at completion. Your lawyer will move the electricity, water, IBI and rubbish charges into your name and set up the direct debits, and we can help with the rest of settling in. If you want us to, we can:
- recommend local tradesmen: builders, electricians, plumbers, carpenters and others
- advise on house, car and health insurance
- assist you to register with a doctor or dentist
- assist and accompany you to local shops when you furnish your home
- help with registering children at local schools
- give guidance on buying a car
