We were immediately contacted by Tony and made an appointment with him to see some properties in the area.

Tony picked us up at our hotel and told us his story how he came to Tenerife 18 years ago and wanted to buy a property in Tenerife, about how much trouble it was if there was no one to help you, that's why he started his company and told us his service began after we bought a property, and would help us with everything.

"Vorig jaar in februari zijn wij in tenerife ( la caleta) , gaan kijken naar een nieuw afgewerkt project ( caleta palms).

Vermits we vorige maal we een eigendom kochten in tenerife zo goed geholpen waren door tony, beslisten we dat , als we zouden kopen , het door hun bemiddeling zou zijn.
Zij geven een perfekte service, hebben bij levering van onze meubels gewacht op het appartement tot ze alles kwamen installeren , en dit meerdere malen vermits niet alles van 1 winkel kwam.
Onze water en elektriciteitsaansluiting was volledig door hen geregeld. Ze zijn met ons verschillende malen mee gaan shoppen voor meubels en lieten ons verschillende winkels zien.
De inrichting van het appartement ( zoals omhooghangen van verlichting, schilderijen, en allerhande benodigdheden werd ook door hen geregeld.

"We waren op zoek naar een appartement in Tenerife , omgeving Adeje / La Caleta.
We vonden via google een link naar de site van Tony.
We werden gecontacteerd door tony en maakten een afspraak met hem om enkele eigendommen te bekijken in de omgeving.
Tony pikte ons op aan ons hotel en vertelde ons hoe hij 18 jaar geleden in Tenerife aankwam en er een eigendom wou kopen en over hoeveel problemen dit met zich meebracht als je niemand had om te helpen en de taal niet machtig was.
Daarom is hij zijn zaak begonnen en vertelde hij ons dat zijn werk pas begon als het eigendom gekocht was.
We waren heel argwanend over deze verklaring omdat we eerder al een slechte ervaring hadden gehad en vele verhalen hoorden over het kopen in Tenerife.
Tony heeft ons enkele appartementen laten bekijken in de omgeving die we wensten en hebben direkt een bod gedaan op een appartement in La Caleta dat ons beviel, het bod werd de volgende dag aanvaard.
Tony geven inderdaad een geweldige service , meer dan je zou verwachten van een makelaar.
Ze hielpen ons met het papierwerk, namen ons mee naar winkels waar we enkele meubelen en andere dingen konden vinden en gingen ook mee naar de notaris en dit zonder extra kosten.Als je een makelaar nodig hebt in Tenerife , neem dan zeker Tony , hij is de beste die je zal vinden en is altijd daar als je hem nodig hebt."
